Veterinary surgeon Dr. Dave Nichol’s owner of Dr. Dave’s Vets & Pets North Ryde, wanted to expand his business with a Vet Surgery in Darlinghurst.
Dr. Nichols turned to CBD Projects to provide a fast turnaround, design & build conversion of 3 levels of a Victorian terrace house, to a modern welcoming veterinary practice with operating theatre.
Conservation of Victorian character features was a design priority.
Interior design colours had to match Dr. Dave’s logo & brand identity.
3 veterinary consult rooms, operating theatre, pharmacy, staff kitchen & breakout area, manager’s admin area, storeroom & an additional room for future planning of business expansion were provided.
To facilitate in-house puppy training the reception desk had wheels to allow flexibility of the space.
CBD Projects project managed the entire veterinary project, planning, documentation, design & fitout.
