Form inter tenancy walls to vacant floor areas, plus the upgrade of lift lobbies prior to leasing.
Construction features
The building of inter tenancy walls to split floors into smaller tenancies for leasing, these walls needed to meet with sound proofing requirements, also involved was the re-organisation of air conditioning and electrical to ensure all areas were separately serviced and controlled.
Project outline
CBD Projects were engaged as head contractors by a Design practice to carry out these works, the first contract was to separate 1800m2 into 4 tenancies over the Christmas period, followed by the upgrade of level 4 lift lobby upgrade, 3 months later another lobby upgrade was carried out, 3 more lobbies were done over a 6 month period.
All works were carried out while the building was occupied, with no disruption to tenants.
