Special Construction Requirements

The overall space was handed to us as a concrete shell:

The works included a new shopfront, all new services, including air conditioning, sprinklers and power.

A new multi level ceiling was installed.

New walls were built including specialist kenneling for the dogs and cats.

All joinery was purpose made including the central tree to the reception area and external shopfront trees.

All works were completed in 23 days working within the strict guidelines of the Rouse Hill Shopping Centre.

This is the first RSPCA Care Centre, all animals have been transported from the RSPCA Yagoona shelter;

its aim is to rehome more animals in a welfare friendly environment.

No puppies in the windows, instead large pens with privacy screens;

Meet & Greet rooms encourage responsible considered adoptions.

In the 10 months it’s been open 400 animals have been adopted, many featured on the Community Tree in reception.

A Veterinary outpatient Clinic and Retail products also provided.
