Project Outline
CBD Projects conducted a million-dollar refurbishment of the International Law firm - Bird & Bird Law, previously Truman Hoyle. The project involved a large space over two levels which included the foyer, entry, meeting rooms, waiting room and client café area. In particular, a meeting room was equipped with state of the art Audio Visual equipment to cater for video conferencing, teleconferencing and sound proofing.
The project was carried out over an 8-week period in an occupied space. Currently CBD is in discussions to Project Manage the third phase of the design & construction of an additional level.
Having engaged CBD projects to carry out our initial fit out and relocation 7 years ago, we had no hesitation in inviting them to carry out our upgrade works.Again we were impressed with the professionalism of the CBD Projects team from the initial consultation with the designer to the construction phase with the project manager and contractors. A major advantage for us was the ability to continue to work while the fitout was constructed. It’s a pleasure to invite clients to our new dynamic and modern space. The overall experience was excellent and we look forward to working with CBD Projects in the future.
